Forensic Evaluation
MayWeBlossom LLC provides forensically informed clinical social work services within the scope of practice of a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). With an educational background in criminal justice and professional experience working at Rikers Island as a mental health clinician, we have experience in mental health assessment, psychosocial evaluation, and treatment planning in context of forensic related issues and where information may be requested for legal, administrative, or court-related purposes.
These services are not psychological testing services and do not replace evaluations conducted by licensed psychologists when formal psychological testing or neuropsychological assessment is required.

Forensic-informed services provided by MayWeBlossom LLC include clinical mental health evaluations and psychosocial assessments that may be used in connection with legal or court-related matters. These services are grounded in clinical interviewing, review of relevant records when available, and professional clinical judgment consistent with LCSW training and ethical standards.
Services may include psychosocial assessments for family court-related matters, custody or visitation considerations when clinically appropriate, mental health status evaluations, treatment compliance or progress summaries, mitigation services and clinical documentation requested by attorneys, courts, probation departments, or other authorized entities.
These services are designed to provide clinically informed, objective information regarding mental health functioning, treatment needs, and psychosocial factors that may be relevant to legal decision-making processes.
Court-Related Clinical Consultation and Documentation
MayWeBlossom LLC may, when appropriately retained, provide clinical consultation and written documentation for legal or administrative proceedings. This may include treatment summaries, clinical impressions based on ongoing or historical treatment, and recommendations for continued care or supportive services.
In certain circumstances, and when properly authorized or subpoenaed, the clinician may provide testimony regarding clinical findings, treatment history, and professional observations within the limits of the LCSW scope of practice and ethical guidelines.
It is understood that the clinician does not serve as a legal representative, advocate, or forensic psychologist, and does not provide legal opinions or legal conclusions.
Reentry and Transitional Clinical Services
MayWeBlossom LLC provides reentry-focused clinical social work services for individuals transitioning from incarceration, detention, or justice-system involvement back into the community.
These services include psychosocial stabilization, mental health screening and engagement, supportive psychotherapy, coping skills development, and linkage to community-based behavioral health and social support systems. The purpose of these services is to support emotional adjustment, reduce psychosocial stressors, and promote continuity of care and community reintegration.
