MayWeBlossom LLC provides individualized psychotherapy informed by each client’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Treatment typically spans approximately three to six months and begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to better understand the client’s history and needs. Together, the client and clinician collaboratively establish treatment goals. Sessions generally begin on a weekly basis, with the direction and frequency of treatment reevaluated around the three-month mark to ensure services remain beneficial and aligned with the client’s progress. Care may continue as needed, or clients may transition toward independently applying the insight and skills gained in treatment.

We provide couples therapy for partners navigating high conflict, trust issues, and relationship strain, including infidelity. Treatment focuses on identifying patterns of communication, emotional disconnection, and unresolved hurt that continue to impact the relationship.
Therapy begins with a structured assessment to understand each partner’s perspective and shared dynamics. Together, we establish goals centered on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and developing healthier ways to manage conflict. Sessions are typically held weekly, with progress and direction reevaluated over time to ensure the work remains effective.
The goal is to help couples move from reactive patterns toward more intentional, honest, and stable ways of relating—whether that means repairing the relationship or gaining clarity on next steps.

We provide family therapy for those navigating conflict, behavioral challenges, and the impact of justice system involvement. Treatment focuses on improving communication, addressing underlying dynamics, and strengthening the family system as a whole.
Services begin with an assessment to understand family roles, patterns, and stressors—including the effects of trauma, instability, or external systems. Together, we develop goals aimed at reducing conflict, increasing accountability, and building healthier interactions.
Sessions are typically weekly, with ongoing evaluation to support meaningful progress. The goal is to help families move out of survival-based patterns and toward more stable, supportive, and connected relationships.
